Living in a small assisted living community ensures more personalized care and provides a comfortable, familiar home atmosphere. Many of our Residents come from larger communities because we have a high caregiver to Resident ratio and Residents in turn receive more care and attention.
Eldridge Rates
We believe knowing rates upfront is important in the decision making process. Our monthly rates range from $3,250 to $3,900 for a semi-private room and range from $4,250 to $4,650 for a private room.
Care Services Included:

Furnished Room - Resident/Family is welcome to bring personal mementos, familiar items or furniture.

Meals & Snacks - well-balanced meals cooked from scratch

Daily living - bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence, transferring, medication management

Activities - tailored to the Residents with the goal of enriching their lives physically, mentally and spiritually.

Additional Care Services (as needed):

Two-person Transfer/Lift Care - $500/month

Diabetic Care - $250/month (supplies are included)

Special Diet/Feeding - $250/month

Complete Incontinence or Catheter Care - $500/month - if Resident has changings in bed or one-on-one assistance to toilet with transfer, wiping, brief/pull-up changing (supplies are included - wipes, pull-ups, briefs, creams, pads)

Families provide personal care items such as bath soap, toothpaste, etc. We provide the rest! We have a daily rate available for respite care or short-term stays starting $175/day. Come tour us to see the difference in care.
